101 Cali was truly the start of it all, a project that provided white hair for years to come… The ceilings were low, and the space was both dark and cramped. We were faced with obstacle after obstacle, but our passion and commitment took over and ultimately yielded this beautiful timeless masterpiece. Located just steps from the ocean, the condo boasts a cool and tranquil atmosphere, thanks to the use of natural materials and calming colors.

Every detail, from the textured stone finishes to the custom cabinets and plumbing fixtures were carefully chosen to create a space that feels both stylish and connected to the natural world. Upon demolishing the ceilings, we discovered over 4’ of additional height which we were able to capture. Despite its compact size, the condo’s soaring ceilings and clever layout create a sense of grandeur and openness, making it feel much larger than its mere 800 square feet.
