Our client was in love with the classic feel of this Classic Spanish Villa, but could not stand the dated elements, both aesthetically and functionally. We worked hand in hand with our clients and their super talented design team to revive this house, preserving the existing theme while seamlessly intertwining the new and the old.

In the process, we changed the floor plan to creating a massive primary bathroom and unique chef’s kitchen. Upon demo, we discovered cloth wiring and rusted pipes, prompting a complete copper repipe and all new electrical.
