Darlington started as a nondescript building that lacked life and character. The owners wanted to upgrade the building to give back to the tenants and to stay competitive in a booming area. While the building was mostly non descript, there were several mid century components that largely drove the design. We came up with a design that played on some of the existing elements, and we converted the unsightly retrofit work into a picture frame for the custom address numerals.

The decks and walkways were torn out and replaced completely, while the facade and the rest of the building received a complete design overhaul. Both the rents and the property increased significantly in less than 12 months!
