Our client was a first time home buyer who purchased a home that was in dire need of some TLC. The home had a nice roof, a decent layout, and that’s about it. Upon demolition we discovered dry rot, malfunctioning electrical, and a variety of plumbing issues.

We put together a plan to update this nearly 100 year old home to today’s standards. Working with the existing floor plan was difficult but it was largely satisfying as we tackled a variety of issues throughout the process.
