Midvale is one of our favorites because it is the oldest project in our arsenal and it still looks gorgeous! The owners had developed this building over 30 years ago and decided to reinvest in their depreciating asset. The building had beautiful bones, but it was nonetheless dated.

We came up with a complete design package then we executed: we repainted the whole building, added fresh stucco, added some amenities, redid the lobby and all the stairs leading out, created custom monument signs, added landscape, and made the building stand out! End result: the building has rents continue to increase each year and the building value is at an all time high.
