VWR deserves an honorary makeover badge because of the drastic difference this remodel made. Upon the initial walkthrough, a plan was sketched from a vision we had…about 5 months later, out came a practically brand new house. The space plan and interior design were designed completely in house. They were reworked to add a completely new powder room and two en suite bathrooms.

Running new plumbing at VWR proved to be a difficult task as the entire house was slab on grade. Nonetheless, the existing bathroom layouts were completely redone to accommodate a more practical, comfortable, and fitting design for the homeowners. The La Cantina bifold doors, measuring 18’ and 13’6” required engineered steel beams and underpinning. Once installed, they completely changed the flow of the home, making a complete connection between the interior and exterior spaces. We topped off the remodel by changing the floors, painting the whole house, adding new doors, and then painting the exterior.
