W3666, along with two other buildings on the same block, were all remodeled by our team and designed by the same talented architect. Nestled amongst a row of aging structures, W3666 blended in perfectly with its neighboring buildings, all in dire need of revitalization. Our team began the remodel with fresh paint and new stucco, providing a modern yet timeless look. Custom ironwork and synthetic siding, along with new fascia and gutters, improved the building’s functionality and added to its overall aesthetic appeal.

Newly built balconies and deck work not only provided much-needed deferred maintenance and security, but also a unique architectural component. To complete the renovation, we added new lighting throughout and custom signage that gave the buildings a sense of identity and complemented the overall design. The result is a building that not only stands out from its surroundings but also serves as a source of pride for the community it calls home.
