Another building designed by the same team as W3666 and W3720, W3678 was among a series of deteriorating apartment buildings that were transformed into visually stunning works of architecture. Although very similar to its “siblings”, this building had some nuances and one major difference: it started with a mansard roof that was aged and damaged.

The remodel began with demolition of said roof, along with the overhang, followed by a vertical extension of the roofline. We added fresh stucco, new fascia, paint all around, custom iron work, beautiful patios, new lighting throughout and custom signage that gave the building a sense of identity. The result is a structure that the community can be proud of, and the owner can drastically benefit from.
