W3708 was a relic of the past, trapped in a time capsule from the 70s. With the help of our skilled in-house design team, we’ve breathed new life into this building and brought it into the present day. We knew that smoothing over the rough stucco would be a costly endeavor, so we got creative and found ways to work around it. We replaced the dated cedar shake with sleek metal siding, strategically applied smooth stucco in key areas, and added pops color to give the building a fresh and modern look. The lobby, courtyard, and common areas have been completely transformed into inviting spaces that are both functional and beautiful. The decks were completely repaired, while the courtyard was transformed without the need to tear everything out. To top off the space, we added new lighting and custom signage throughout, adding to the cohesive and polished look of the building. We are proud of this building, and we are pleased to see that the investment has paid off for the owner.
