W3720 was the last in a series of 3 buildings, all within close proximity and designed by the same architect. Much like its sister buildings, W3720 was tired and dated, in desperate need of some TLC! We came in and gave it all that and more.

After inspecting and repairing all of the structural components, we started to beautify the building. We added fresh stucco, new fascia, paint all around, custom iron work, beautiful patios, custom signage, and all new hardware throughout. The buildings were finished off with unique lighting and screen doors that provided a nice touch for the residents.
